Perfect example of why pictures of you, should be your property, and whether your famous or not, your image should be yours to decide where and how it is published… Maybe I’m wrong, but if their wasn’t “public” areas this wouldn’t really been as big of an issue… Because you could sign a clause with the property owner that would make it illegal for people to take pictures of you and publish them on their property…. discuss.
