Super Meat Boy for President!!!

Super Meat Boy!!!

I’ve been waiting for this game for a few months. The XBLA community has had some major hits over the past month, We already got Deathspank 2 and now Super Meat Boy and Comic Jumper, which are both almost equal in overall fun to a retail $60 game.

For example, I just bought Dead Rising 2 and I beat Comic Jumper and half of Super Meat Boy before I even really played much of DR2.

Here is a trailer of SMB and Comic Jumper: (No word on when Retro City Rampage is coming out, but thats the last one I know of that I’m really heavily anticipating)

Steve-O is on fire!!

Steve-O just did a flaming flip torch fireball on Howard Stern’s talk show.  He was on the show to promote “Jackass 3D” and he finally got Howard to let him (not stop him when he would) do a stunt.  It has not been made available on Howard TV yet, usually it goes up the following midnight after the show, but they posted this pic up on howardstern.com. He said he sprayed hair spray all over his hair and hands, put some isoprobyl or whatever alcohol in his mouth and hands, did a front flip while spitting out the alcohol and lighting it to make a fireball light his hair on fire, and then, as if this wasn’t enough, his friend spit alcohol off the flame of his hair so he would be the torch of a flame while being a flipping torch shooting fireballs, I think…

‘The Social Network’ review

First off, lets start with a film that had a lot of potential.

‘The Social Network’

This was entertaining and had a well done score done by Trent Reznor. The main problem was the wasted potential of showing the greatness of an individual and the evil state of our random and inefficient system of law. The director, writer, and actors, all seem to be unaware of this fact. To think that the evil was being alone and losing some superficial relationship he had with a girl, is very sad.

Retro City Rampage

Retro City Rampage

They’re at the PAX convention and they are giving away really cool retro swag. The game is based on what looks like a version of the 8-bit classic TMNT, but it has been made more up to date with features found on the best open world sandbox games like GTA and Saints Row.
